NICS - NIDEK Intelligent Conveyor System

The AES-2200 is NIDEK's new automatic lab system combining the RHU-2200 and two units of SE-9090 Supra series, top end edger for laboratory. The AES-2200 features innovative automatic one-line system. The idea of connecting the small belt conveyors of RHU-1000 / 1500 has been turned into reality as a unique one-line big conveyor system. This system is called "NIDEK Intelligent Conveyor System" -NICS.



High-speed processing


The NICS (NIDEK Intelligent Conveyor System) can operate over 1,600 jobs in just 14 hours*.

Double arm mechanism

Remarkable double arm mechanism improves lens setting ability dramatically and provides high-speed performance.


Easy setup of full automation


The NICS (NIDEK Intelligent Conveyor System) can be run in a closed loop or linked to the lab management software. Complicated server configuration and peripheral equipment are unnecessary. Lower initial cost contributes to upgrading investment value and maximizing the effectiveness of a laboratory space.
