Following our announcement dated July 24, 2026 regarding unauthorized access to our website, and our interim update issued on August 7, 2026, we continued our investigation with the assistance of external cybersecurity experts.
Here, we report the results of the investigations related to this incident, which have now been completed.
Based on the results of forensic investigations and dark web monitoring conducted by the external experts, no evidence was found indicating that users’ personal or other information was leaked outside the organization.
To date, no personal information leaks or secondary harm attributable to this incident has been confirmed.
We take this matter seriously and have implemented security measures to help prevent recurrence. We will continue to improve our information security practices and safeguard data, recognizing information security as a key management priority.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused by this incident.
