Donation to the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB)

NIDEK CO., LTD., a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic, optometric, and lens edging equipment, is pleased to announce that we made a donation to the IAPB as a part of NIDEK’s Sustainable Development Goals.

 

Our continuous contribution to this charity coincides with the 4th annual imaging contest. This year we donated USD 52 per submission to the IAPB in tribute to the 52nd anniversary since NIDEK was established. Additionally, this year, we donated USD 5 per vote. We thank all the participants for their submissions and votes that helped foster this donation. Through the IAPB network, this donation will support eye health in Africa. With our event themed “invisible to visible,” we continue to aim to provide eye care services that will impact people all over the world.
