NIDEK launches the ICE-2 Intelligent Blocker

NIDEK CO., LTD., a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic, optometric, and lens edging equipment, is pleased to announce the launch of the ICE-2 Intelligent Blocker. 
The ICE-2 supports accurate lens edging on NIDEK edgers through precise blocking. The optional flexible positioning adjuster keeps the lens stable throughout the process, ensuring consistent blocking accuracy. The adjuster maintains the lens’s front base curve in an optimal horizontal position, minimizing gaps between the lens and the cup and preventing unwanted movement. 
Recent enhancements to the ICE-2 include a built-in accessory compartment and a flat-top design, which improve workspace efficiency. The accessory compartment keeps lens tables and consumables organized and protected from dust and damage. The flat-top surface provides a stable platform for job tray placement, enhancing workflow convenience. 
With the introduction of the ICE-2 Intelligent Blocker, NIDEK continues to expand its portfolio of lens edging solutions, contributing to accurate and efficient lens edging.
